Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the BonyNode website and its public services process, why it is used, and the choices available to you. Separate third-party websites and wallets linked from BonyNode operate under their own privacy terms.

“Team BonyNode” is the public operating name of the independent, pre-incorporation BonyNode project; it is not represented as a registered company or other legal entity. Until an entity is formed, the actual individual operator or operators making the relevant Service available are responsible for the processing described here. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected]. Legal identity and service-address details will be published before a commercial launch.

1. Information We Process

• Contact form data: the name or company, email or Telegram username, topic and message that you choose to submit.
• Newsletter data: the email address you submit, subscription time, interface language, source and consent-policy version used to record your request.
• Beta exchange credentials: if you configure a CEX connection, encrypted credential ciphertext is stored in your browser. Some exchange paths sign locally; a fallback request may transiently process the credential in BonyNode server memory to reach the selected exchange. The beta is designed not to persist or log the plaintext credential, but it has not completed a production security validation.
• Local agent and session keys: some third-party protocols can create a limited trading agent or session private key in your browser and store it locally on your device. It is not your primary wallet key and is intended not to permit withdrawals, but it can authorize trading actions. Clearing browser storage does not necessarily revoke authority already granted at the provider.
• Trading-tool settings: connected provider names, public wallet or account identifiers, watchlists, alerts, risk limits, routing preferences, paper-trading history and similar settings may be kept locally in the browser. If you configure Telegram alerts, the bot token, chat identifier and alert content may be sent to the BonyNode backend and Telegram to deliver the requested alert.
• Browser preferences: language and theme values stored locally in your browser. Restricted admin access uses an HTTP-only session cookie after a successful login.
• Technical logs: hosting, reverse-proxy and security systems may process IP address, request time, route, user agent and error information to operate and protect the Services.
• Regional eligibility: the server or trusted edge may derive an approximate country code from an IP address to restrict X PrimeFlow transactional access. This is not precise location tracking and a location signal can be incorrect.
• Blockchain request data: addresses, transaction hashes and network requests submitted to public explorers, faucets or RPC services. Public blockchain activity can be visible and traceable on-chain.

2. How We Use Information

• To answer enquiries and provide requested infrastructure, validator or partnership support;
• With your consent, to send BonyNode product, validator-tooling and network updates and to manage your subscription;
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Services;
• To prevent abuse of public endpoints, faucets and restricted administration features;
• To comply with valid legal obligations and protect users, BonyNode and the public infrastructure.

3. Service Providers and External Services

The contact form sends the information you submit through EmailJS for message delivery. Hosting, network and security providers may process technical logs as needed to deliver and protect the Services. When you choose an integration, the relevant exchange, wallet, blockchain, RPC, DEX, bridge, router, protocol or messaging provider processes the account, credential, instruction, address or alert data needed to provide its service under its own terms. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to respond to abuse or security incidents. We do not sell contact information or share it for third-party advertising.

4. Retention and Security

Contact messages and operational logs are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for communication, security, troubleshooting and legal obligations. Newsletter records are retained while the subscription is active or until deletion is requested, subject to a limited suppression record where needed to honor an opt-out. We use access controls and operational safeguards, but no internet service or blockchain interaction can be guaranteed completely secure. Browser-stored product data remains until you clear it, but provider-side API or agent authority must be revoked directly with that provider.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You can avoid submitting the contact form, clear local browser storage, withdraw newsletter consent at any time, or contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information associated with your message or subscription. Use the unsubscribe option in a newsletter or contact BonyNode through the channels below. Additional rights may apply depending on your location. Public blockchain records generally cannot be altered or deleted by BonyNode.

6. International Processing

BonyNode and the providers used to deliver the Services may process information in more than one country. Where required, applicable safeguards are handled by the relevant provider or operator.
