Terms of Use

These Terms explain the rules, responsibilities and risks that apply when you access BonyNode websites, public infrastructure and products.

By accessing or using a Service, you agree to these Terms. Transactional features may require a separate, explicit acceptance before use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and must follow the laws that apply to you.

In these Terms, “BonyNode,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operators of the official BonyNode websites and Services. “Services” has the meaning set out below. A separately signed agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these Terms.

“Team BonyNode” is the public operating name of the independent BonyNode project, not the name of a currently registered company or other legal entity. Until a legal entity is formed, references to BonyNode mean the actual individual operator or operators making the relevant Service available under that name. The operational contact is [email protected]. Legal identity and service-address details will be published before a commercial launch.

Pre-incorporation status is a disclosure, not a waiver of rights or applicable law, and does not by itself eliminate the responsibilities of the actual operator. BonyNode does not represent that it is a licensed exchange, DEX, futures venue, broker, dealer, investment adviser, custodian, clearing service or other regulated execution provider, and it does not offer itself as any of those services. Availability of an interface does not mean that its use is lawful in every jurisdiction.

Public beta — testing only

X PrimeFlow is an early beta released for evaluation and testing. The BonyNode team does not recommend using the beta for live trading, with real crypto assets or with production exchange credentials. Software, data, connectivity, credential or execution failures can cause a partial or total loss of crypto assets or other assets of value. Some live capabilities may be technically accessible during beta; their availability is not a recommendation to use them. BonyNode does not operate the market or protocol that executes a transaction. An integrated action follows user authorization or user-configured rules and is executed against the selected third-party provider or protocol.

Core custody and execution boundary
  • BonyNode does not request a user's wallet seed phrase or primary wallet private key and does not intentionally transmit or store either on BonyNode servers through the public interface.
  • Some integrations can create a limited trading agent or session key in the browser. This is not a primary wallet key, but it can authorize trading and must be protected and revoked when no longer needed.
  • BonyNode does not hold, custody or control user funds.
  • X PrimeFlow is a technology interface, not an exchange, DEX, futures venue, broker, dealer, custodian, clearing service or counterparty.
  • All execution providers are independent third parties. BonyNode and X PrimeFlow do not own or operate integrated CEXs, spot or futures markets, DEXs, liquidity pools, bridges, routers, wallets or blockchain networks.
  • The user authorizes the transaction or automation rules; matching, market execution, CEX custody, clearing and settlement occur through the selected third-party provider or protocol.
  • BonyNode and X PrimeFlow do not exercise discretionary trading authority and do not charge an execution commission during the current public beta.

01 Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to official BonyNode websites and interfaces and to BonyNode-provided validator and staking information, public RPC/REST/gRPC or WebSocket endpoints, snapshots, state-sync resources, peers, monitoring, explorers, faucets, governance alerts, analytics, X PrimeFlow and related trading or AI-assisted tools, and developer APIs or SDKs (together, the “Services”).

Some pages are catalogs or links to independently operated networks, protocols, wallets, exchanges, bridges, data providers or other third-party services. Those third parties are not controlled by BonyNode and their terms and privacy practices apply separately.

You may use the Services only if you have reached the age of legal majority, have capacity to accept these Terms and are legally permitted to use the relevant technology and third-party provider where you are located. Do not use a Service where doing so would breach applicable law, sanctions, a provider restriction or a binding obligation.

X PrimeFlow trading, credential-connection, routing and automated execution features are not offered to persons located or ordinarily resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or the United States and its territories, or to a U.S. person under applicable law (the “Restricted Regions”). Read-only BonyNode guides and public infrastructure are not restricted by this paragraph unless a page says otherwise. We may apply additional location, sanctions, asset, venue or user-type restrictions where reasonably required.

Do not use a VPN, proxy, relay, remote desktop, false information, another person's account or any other method to circumvent an eligibility, location, sanctions or provider control. Failure or absence of a technical block does not make access permitted.

These descriptions explain the current technical allocation of functions; they do not by themselves determine the regulatory classification of a feature in any jurisdiction.

02 Non-custodial use and user control

Unless a separately signed agreement expressly says otherwise, the Services are non-custodial. Delegated assets remain controlled by the delegator's blockchain address under the relevant protocol. BonyNode does not obtain the right to transfer those assets merely because you delegate to a BonyNode validator.

You remain responsible for your wallets, private keys, seed phrases, devices, exchange accounts, API credentials, permissions, signatures and transactions. Review every wallet prompt and transaction before signing. BonyNode cannot recover keys, reverse blockchain transactions, change protocol unbonding periods or restore assets sent to an incorrect address or network.

Do not enter a seed phrase or private key into a BonyNode page. Wallet connection, public-address display and a signature request do not transfer custody to BonyNode. Signing remains in your wallet or other third-party signing provider. You approve the initial transaction or authorization; if you deliberately enable automation, later actions within that authorization may occur without a separate wallet prompt.

03 Service-specific terms

Validator and staking services

Delegation does not guarantee rewards, validator uptime, voting participation, inclusion in an active set or protection from slashing. Rewards, commission, unbonding rules and penalties are determined on-chain and can change. Displayed APR, uptime, voting power and commission data may be delayed, estimated or unavailable.

Public infrastructure and developer APIs

Public endpoints, node resources, snapshots, state-sync instructions, peers, APIs and SDKs are provided on a best-effort basis. Access may be rate-limited, cached, filtered, changed, paused or discontinued. Do not rely on a single public endpoint for safety-critical, high-value or production workloads. Verify chain ID, height, checksums, versions, trust parameters and returned data through independent sources before acting.

Explorer and indexed data

Explorer content is an interface to blockchain and indexed data, not an authoritative ledger. Indexers can lag, miss or duplicate events, decode transactions incorrectly, display stale validator data, or disagree with a current node. Confirm material information against the relevant blockchain and trusted protocol tools.

Faucets and testnets

Faucets are for development and testing. Testnet tokens are intended to have no monetary value, are not promised to be available, and may be rate-limited or withheld to prevent abuse. Testnets can reset, fork, stop or delete state without notice. Never send mainnet assets or sensitive production keys to a testnet workflow.

Governance alerts

Governance bots and alerts are convenience notices only. A notification may be late, incomplete, duplicated or missed. You are responsible for checking official proposal data, voting periods and transaction results directly on the relevant network.

Analytics and network information

Charts, scores, maps, parameters, consensus views, liquidation maps, order information, project information and other analytics can rely on public APIs, nodes, indexers, oracles and third-party datasets. Values may be approximate, incomplete, stale or method-dependent and must not be treated as a promise or recommendation.

X PrimeFlow, trading tools and AI features

X PrimeFlow provides a unified technology interface for viewing data and preparing, constructing, locally signing, transmitting or automating user-authorized instructions. It is not itself a centralized exchange, decentralized exchange, futures or derivatives venue, broker, dealer, investment adviser, custodian, clearing service, liquidity provider or counterparty. Adding an integration does not make the provider, market, protocol, order book, smart contract or liquidity pool a BonyNode or X PrimeFlow product.

Trading terminals, routing, bots, agent trading, AI assistants, signals, simulations and portfolio tools can produce incorrect, delayed or unsuitable output. Automated instructions can execute repeatedly or at an unexpected price, size, venue, network or time. You must test configurations, set independent limits, monitor activity and retain the ability to stop automation. AI output must be independently reviewed and must not be treated as fact, personalized advice or a guaranteed trading result.

BonyNode interfaces and analytics may prepare, construct, locally sign, display or relay a user-configured or user-approved instruction, but the relevant third-party wallet, exchange, futures venue, DEX, bridge, router, blockchain or execution provider supplies the market or protocol and performs matching, transaction execution, routing, clearing and settlement. Centralized providers control their accounts and custody arrangements; decentralized transactions interact with third-party smart contracts. BonyNode does not become custodian of funds merely by providing an interface, signal, simulation or automation control. User-configured automation does not change these boundaries or make BonyNode a party to the resulting transaction.

BonyNode and X PrimeFlow do not exercise discretionary authority to decide what a user should buy, sell, swap, bridge or stake. The user selects and authorizes the workflow, strategy, limits and permitted actions. Depending on the feature, user-configured automation or a third-party routing algorithm may determine timing, size, venue, route or child orders within those parameters without a separate confirmation for each action. During the current public beta, BonyNode and X PrimeFlow do not add an execution commission, spread or performance fee. Network gas, protocol, exchange, DEX, bridge, router and payment-provider fees may still apply and are charged by those third parties. This statement does not concern a BonyNode validator commission disclosed on-chain. Any future BonyNode platform fee must be disclosed separately before the user approves the relevant action.

Exchange credentials and local agent keys

Exchange API credentials are sensitive secrets even though they are not a wallet's primary private key. You are permitted to connect only credentials scoped to the minimum read and/or trading permissions needed for the selected feature. Withdrawal, transfer and equivalent asset-movement permissions are prohibited. Never connect a key that can withdraw or transfer funds, and use a separate sub-account, a unique key and an IP allowlist whenever the exchange supports them.

The current public beta does not reliably verify permissions across every provider and must not be relied on to detect or block an unsafe key. Where reliable provider metadata is available, X PrimeFlow may attempt to warn about or reject a credential with unsafe permissions. Any check is supplemental and is not a guarantee. Verify permissions directly in the exchange account and revoke the key after testing or suspected exposure.

The current beta encrypts configured exchange credentials in the user's browser. Some exchange requests can be signed locally; for providers that prevent direct browser access, a credential may transit the BonyNode server for the individual request and is not intended to be persistently stored or logged. Do not use production credentials while the platform remains in beta.

Some third-party protocols can create a limited agent or session private key in the browser and store it locally on the device. Such a key is intended to authorize trading rather than withdrawals, but it can still place or cancel orders and must be treated as confidential. Protect the device and browser profile, do not use shared devices, and revoke the agent through the relevant provider when testing ends or compromise is suspected. Clearing browser storage alone may not revoke authority already granted at the provider.

04 Important risks and your responsibility

You understand and accept that use of blockchain and trading Services can involve, among others:

  • Staking risk: slashing, missed rewards, validator removal, commission changes, unbonding delays and protocol-specific liquidity restrictions.
  • Market and leverage risk: volatility, illiquidity, price impact, failed execution, liquidation, funding costs, losses exceeding posted margin where applicable, and complete loss of an asset's value.
  • Protocol risk: bugs, exploits, forks, consensus failures, upgrades, governance decisions, bridge failures and changed network rules.
  • Data risk: stale or incorrect oracle prices, indexer gaps, node divergence, incomplete pagination, decoding errors and third-party data outages.
  • Connectivity risk: congestion, latency, downtime, rate limits, regional blocking, DNS or certificate issues, browser CORS restrictions and interrupted wallet connections.
  • Third-party risk: failures, insolvency, account freezes or actions by wallets, exchanges, DEXs, bridges, RPC providers, cloud providers, protocols and other services outside BonyNode's control.
  • Automation and credential risk: model error, configuration mistakes, API or agent-key compromise, duplicated instructions and strategies behaving differently from simulations or historical tests.

You are responsible for determining whether a network, validator, transaction, strategy, API integration or automated action is appropriate for you and for maintaining backups, safeguards and independent verification. This allocation of user responsibility does not exclude responsibility that mandatory law places on BonyNode for its own conduct.

05 No financial, legal or tax advice

The Services provide technology and general information only. Nothing on the Services is financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice; a solicitation; or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, stake, delegate or use any asset, validator, network, protocol or strategy. Obtain advice from qualified independent professionals and perform your own technical and economic review.

06 Acceptable use

You may not use or attempt to use the Services to:

  • violate law, sanctions, third-party rights or network rules that apply to you;
  • steal assets or credentials, deceive users, distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities or bypass access controls;
  • circumvent a location, eligibility, sanctions or provider restriction by using a VPN, proxy, relay, false information or another person's account;
  • abuse faucets, evade quotas or rate limits, overload infrastructure, scrape in a harmful manner or disrupt other users;
  • probe non-public systems without permission, impersonate BonyNode or misrepresent the origin or reliability of data;
  • use the Services in a way that creates unreasonable security, operational or legal risk for BonyNode or others.

You must use reasonable request rates and identify integrations when requested for abuse investigation. We may apply technical controls, block traffic or suspend access to protect networks, users and the Services.

07 Third-party services and links

Links, integrations and displayed third-party data do not imply endorsement or control. BonyNode is not responsible for a third party's availability, security, code, assets, data, fees, decisions or terms. Review third-party terms and permissions before connecting a wallet, account or API credential.

For clarity, every execution provider is a separate third party: every integrated CEX and its spot or futures products, every DEX and liquidity pool, and every bridge, router, wallet, blockchain and RPC provider. BonyNode and X PrimeFlow do not own or operate their matching engines, markets, derivative contracts, smart contracts, liquidity, accounts or custody.

Execution providers receive and process the information required for their service under their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability, supported assets, quotes, fees, slippage, routing, custody model and transaction outcome are outside BonyNode's control. The BonyNode interface, original code and statements remain BonyNode's responsibility; this third-party boundary does not exclude liability that mandatory law does not allow us to exclude.

08 Intellectual property

BonyNode names, branding, site design, original content and proprietary software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Services for their intended purpose. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses, and third-party marks belong to their owners.

If you provide feedback, you permit BonyNode to use it without restriction or compensation, provided that this does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing materials.

09 Availability, changes and termination

The Services may be changed, updated, rate-limited, paused or discontinued at any time. No uptime, response-time, data-freshness, reward, execution or support service level is promised unless it appears in a separately signed agreement. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, suspected abuse, legal compliance or protection of the Services or others.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Ending use does not automatically undelegate assets, cancel open orders, revoke third-party API keys or stop automation outside BonyNode's control; complete those actions through the relevant wallet, network, exchange or provider.

10 No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” BonyNode disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security and results. We do not warrant that data is complete or current, that code or networks are error-free, or that any transaction, alert, reward, route, strategy or AI output will succeed or meet your expectations.

11 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, BonyNode and its operators and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, tokens, staking rewards or trading gains, arising from or related to the Services, third-party systems, blockchain events or your inability to access or use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by the mandatory law applicable to the particular claim.

12 Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse and protect BonyNode and its operators and contributors from third-party claims, documented reasonable costs and liabilities directly arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, material breach of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by BonyNode's own unlawful conduct. We will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and reasonable cooperation in its defense.

13 General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be applied to the greatest lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms in a way that increases BonyNode's obligations without written consent. These Terms and any applicable separately signed agreement are the complete agreement regarding your use of the Services.

14 Changes to these Terms and contact

We may update these Terms as the Services, law or relevant risks change. The “Last updated” date will identify the published version. Material changes apply prospectively after publication and any notice or renewed acceptance required by applicable law. If you do not accept an updated version, stop using the affected Service.
